At ATB Ventures, we believe that It is impossible to build meaningful and trusted foundations for future digital life without first putting humans - and their preferences, concerns, attitudes, and wishes surrounding the future - at the center of design. In order to do this we developed a human-centered foresight tool, Humans of 2030+, which measures humans’ wellness and innate nature. By combining this data with different future scenarios, we are able to explore how future people will respond to emerging changes. Using these results our team is able to make informed decisions today that will resonate with the people of tomorrow.

With this insight we can anticipate customers’ future needs, and position our products and services to help customers transition from the knowns of today into the unknowns of tomorrow. We are committed to engineering the future for everyone which is why we released this open source tool on our website to encourage others to start thinking about their customers of the future and how they might respond to the potential changes they are faced with.
This invention and the focus on human-centered foresight is why Humans of 2030+ has received an honorable mention for Fast Company’s 2022 World Changing Ideas Award in the North American category. We are proud to be among this group of organizations who have been recognized for making the world a better place by tackling the biggest challenges of our time.
